If you like Pizza,..but dont know how to make it at home ,you’re at the right place!!
Here I am going to tell you how to make super easy and tasty pizza.
Its really very easy to make a delicious pizza at home ..WITHOUT AVON OR MICROWAVE!!!
You simply need a thick bottom pan…a stove and a lid…
Simple ..you see…isn’t it?
Now here are few things you’ll need.

List of ingredients
For Pizza crust
°plain flour and whole wheat flour in equal quantities.
°sugar
°salt
°neutral oil
°yeast

For pizza sauce
°tamatoes(puried)
°onions(preferably red one’s)
°garlic(a lots of garlic)
°red chilli( opltional,discard if dont like it hot)
°ginger
°black pepper
For topings
°capcicum ( any colour or every)
°boiled corn
°freanch beans (optional)

So first of all take equal amounts of plain flour and whole wheat flour,salt to taste and mix them well.
Mix your yeast with warm water and sugar in a seperate bowl ,wait for the yeast to dissolve ,it should get a foamy texture.
Now mix your yeast into the flour mix ,add water as required and little oil and make a soft dough out of it.When dough becomes smooth and elastic enough put it in a large bowl and let it rest in refrigerater for atleast 24 hrs,well you can use it in 3-4 hours if you keep the dough on your kitchen shelf ,but it tastes better after cold and slow rising in refrigerater for atleast 24 hrs.

Now our dough is resting …let it rest ,we’ll make the sauce in mean time.
Take thick bottom deep saucepan ,heat it and add oil and crushed ginger and garlic ,let it cook till its raw smell goes completely.Now add finelly chopped onions and cook till they become translucent and soft.Its better to slow cook ,it gives more flavour.Once the onions are cooked add puried tamatoes almost double the quantity of onions and black pepper as per taste,stir it and let it cook on low flame till it becomes dark red or orange in colour depending on the tamatoesyou took .This also you can make a day before if you wish …if you have thrown a party ..so that becomes easy..but I would suggest to make it fresh.

Once your sauce is cooked ,turn off the flame and let it cool.

Now your dough has rested enough ..I geuss!!

Take a enough amount of dough depending on what size your pan is .Make a round ball of it,if you can spread your dough without a rolling pin..its best…let your dough rest at least 15-20 min outside your refrigrater and spread your pizza bases required.But if dont have that much skills ,like me..just take your dough out of refrigerater ,roll out a required circle with a rolling pin and then rest it for 15-20 mins .

Now once your dough has rested again,heat your pan without any oil ,thick bottom pan transfer your pizza base into it ,make few little holes with a fork in it and cover it with a lid .Let it cook for 3-4 mins on each side on low flame.Now you base is ready.Pour you sauce on any one side your base ,spread it ,sprinkle  cheese of your taste ,some veggies (capcicum,boiled corn,etc),cover with lid again and cook till cheese melts and pizza base becomes crunchy,on low flame .
Serve it hot and sprinkle some red chilli flakes for more spiciness.

NOTE-°Use red and ripe tamatoes.
°Roll you pizza dough thin to get crunchy crust …or thick to get soft fluffy crust .
°Thick Base will  take more time to get cooked than thin.
°Its neccessary to cook your sauce and pizza base on low flame.
